Bill is one of a kind thrill seeker, He plays the role of a Engineering, Procurement Maintenance Coordinator for a Drilling Company while making as much time as he can for snowboarding, his custom motor bike, camping, golfing, hockey and of course his cat or should I say mini LION “Elvis”. Life on the mountain started for Bill over 12 years ago…to this day he still strives to Powder Hog as many mountains as possible. You will find him taking his snowboards or Hockey stick with him wherever there may be a chance of snow or a hockey rink. Corey is an adventure seeker who enjoys tropical vacations and swimming with the fish. If hes not on vacation you can probably find him underwater scuba diving at the local diving hole (Twin Lakes). One day he will find the trampoline in the lake that is hiding from him. By day he is sitting at his desk day dreaming of where his next vacation will take him, by night he is still day dreaming about where his next vacation will take him. Corey guided for DHR in the past and ended up lost on his ski boards in some fresh powder on a trip and was left behind to find his way back. This year he makes his return to the DHR team and looks forward to an exciting season and not getting lost. You'll find him twisting and turning his way down the runs usually with a camera in tow looking to get the "Right" moment. If the time is right maybe you can even get him to back flip for you!

Daisy's love of snow and speed began when she was just a tiny tot. She use to stand on the back of her brother's GT snow-racer while he steered them down the hill going mach 10 . Like most guides, she did her first bus trip as a customer and thought "That would be a killer job!" She moonlights during the day as an audiovisual director and teaches dance lessons in her spare time. "Being a tour guide gives you the opportunity to meet some amazing people, create awesome memories, and have the time of your life."

Wilson is an easy-going, laid back guy who originally hails from Ontario. After learning to ride on the icy slopes of Quebec he packed up in hopes of finding the elusive powder and now calls Western Canada his playground. He has been enjoying its epic pow since 2006. Always up for a challenge he often finds himself in over his head and can be seen cart wheeling (not by choice) down the side of a mountain. Summer or winter he always finds endless ways to amuse himself but especially enjoys the adventure that only the mountains can provide. As an avid traveller he has ripped up the slopes on three continents and is hungry for more. His main goal in life is to catch Marcel on a snowboard and obtain photographic evidence. Just like life, snowboarding is not just about the destination but the journey as well. Eric’s motto is to skid into those pearly gates sideways, holding Jäger in one hand and screaming WOO HOO what a ride! He has been addicted to snowboard trips since his crazy alien friends dragged him on a DHR trip in 2006. In his first season snowboarding they convinced him to launch off of Whitewall (Kicking Horse) and his obsession was born. After one season as a customer Eric joined DHR as a guide and has met many awesome people and had countless number of insane adventures.

Ryan is an outgoing, charismatic thrill seeker, whom like most; plays the role of a by day professional, while making as much time available for snowboarding, dirt biking, quadding, camping, golfing and generally anything outdoors. Life on the mountains started for Ryan when he was 8 years old putting 5 years on the “Disco Sticks” (thanks “Mad-Dog”) and after a short hiatus strapped on a board and started bombing down the hill at 14. Since the old days of riding up the rickety old chairlift at rabbit hill, he strives to conquer as many mountains as possible, taking his snowboard with him wherever there may be snow. Tackling new mountains, deeper back country, deeper pow or bigger drops is what makes snowboarding so thrilling, and keeps Ryan coming back year after year. After learning to ski at a young age, Sheilagh turned to snowboarding as a teenager to add some excitement to the hills of Ontario and Québec. She moved to Alberta in 2011 and had an eye-opening experience that December when she went to Kicking Horse on a DHR trip. That weekend in the mountains changed her world forever (hello, powder!) and now she knows that she can never leave Alberta.
In addition to playing in the mountains, Sheilagh is a xc-skier, mountain biker, camper, hiker, and horse rider, and spends lots of time exploring the River Valley with her dog, Cody.

This is her first year as a guide with DHR and she is looking forward to taking customers on trips and sharing their experiences with them.

Tammy grew up with posters of puppy dogs, kittens and rainbows on her bedroom walls. There were also ski posters on those walls though she had never skied at that point. Living in Edmonton, the hope was almost lost…Edmonton is almost as flat has the prairies after all. Then, she went skiing her first year of elementary school and was hooked. The love for skiing eventually hooked her up working at a ski area as the operations manager/instructor for almost 17 years. Many skiers over the years have truly become come some of her cherished mentors which lead her to spending more time on the snow than she did at home. Wanting a new career, but not wanting to lose the lifelong dream working in the ski field she found herself faced with a wonder full opportunity “ DHR “. The choice was a easy one. She knew she would have the best of both worlds. Planning your full filled powder eating adventure and then guiding it. Her touring extensively in the Rockies and Interior ranges covering all the classics and then some. Tammy’s guiding and teaching draw on a great depth of hard earned experience which she shares enthusiastically with her guests and new found friends. There's nothing Tammy would rather do than spend time with friends who share this connection to the natural world.

When Trevor's not busy referring to himself in the third person he'll either be playing in the dirt or the snow, and sometimes they combine to make mud, or just dirty snow. He digresses. Every since he was a young lad he couldn't turn left, so he strapped on a snowboard and carved left instead. He loves being anywhere on a mountain, especially the trees, steeps, shreddin' the gnar pow (J.B), jumps, and rides in the park only when feeling like landing on his face. He's a landscaper by day so if you get stuck under a tree - don't call him, cause it's the weekend and he's not working, he's snowboaring. He believes the best way to spend a winter weekend is in the mountains with the amazing DHR crew, but he just can't decide what's better; snowboarding or an apres ski party in the tub - he'll just do both
