TOUR INFORMATION - For Individuals and Groups
  • All individual and group deposits are non-refundable.
  • Rentals are not included in the package price.
  • No fee for name changes up to 3 days prior to departure.
  • All buses are non-smoking.
  • No refunds within 14 days of departure.
  • Each customer is responsible for filling their room.
  • $25 NSF fee for any cheques returned.
  • All buses are licensed to the BC border.
  • Final payments for individual bookings are 14 days and group bookings are due 30 days prior to departure.
  • No cheques will be accepted within 12 days of departure.
  • $10.00 administration fee for any room changes within 14 days of departure of tour.
  • All customers are required to sign a waiver on the bus - refusal of signing will be removal from tour with no refunds.
  • All customers must be 18 years of age unless otherwise noted and accompanied by a parental consent form signed in advance.
  • Downhill Riders has the right to remove any persons not following the rules and regulations outlined by the Tourguide, Bus Company, accommodation or resort. (This will be at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed). Downhill Riders does not take responsibility for lost or stolen articles either on the bus, in the room or at the resorts.
  • All names listed in each room are personally responsible for any damages or incidental charges.
